Order preparation

Ready-made, in-stock items normally ship within 1–3 business days after payment. This is preparation time; carrier delivery time is additional. Express shipping does not shorten preparation time.

Made-to-order requests

If your favorite item is not ready, please contact me before ordering. I’ll confirm whether supplies are on hand or need to be ordered, along with pricing and an estimated preparation time, before you commit. The 1–3 business day preparation window applies only to ready-made items.

If I cannot meet an agreed shipping date, I’ll contact you with an updated estimate and offer the choice of accepting the delay or canceling for a refund of the unshipped order.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Available options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact me before purchasing.

Local pickup by arrangement

Local to Cleveland, Tennessee? Please contact me before placing your order to arrange a mutually agreed public meeting spot and time. Include your scents, quantities, and preferred meetup day. Pickup arrangements must be confirmed before meeting.
